About the position

The Electronics Manufacturing Technician role at Aerotek involves supporting the manufacturing of electronic components in a high-compliance, lean manufacturing environment. The position requires precision and attention to detail while performing tasks such as fastening components, operating machinery, and inspecting small parts under a microscope. This role is essential for maintaining quality standards in the production of electronic assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Use a torque screwdriver to fasten components into place
• Operate an arbor press to press pins into assemblies
• Work under a microscope to place and adjust small components
• Use tweezers to pick up, place, and manipulate small components
• Perform work in a laminar flow hood
• Operate basic test systems to gather pass/fail information from assemblies

Requirements

• Ability to use a microscope and inspect small electronic components
• Basic computer skills including the ability to read and write English, use email, and understand basic machine commands
• Proven attendance and reliability through a good work history or references
• ITAR-compliant documentation

Nice-to-haves

• Machine operation or cleanroom experience is a plus
