As a Noon Supervisor and Elementary Clerk, you will create a positive atmosphere during lunch and recess while supporting the school's efficiency through essential office tasks. Your contributions will directly impact students and staff while supporting our core values. The work you will do is more than just a job.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and engage with students during lunch and recess, ensuring a safe, fun, and positive environment.
  • Organize group games and activities.
  • Help students navigate these moments of their day, fostering good behavior and social interaction.
  • Support school staff with vital administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Process all copy requests in a timely manner.
  • Sort and distribute mail to staff members.
  • Operate the visitor management system, screen and appropriately direct all visitors.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Office experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of word processing and computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Apple Works and Excel 4.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
