We are seeking a K-3 Bible & Spanish Teacher who will play a vital role in our educational mission. As a K-3 Bible & Spanish Teacher, you will conduct engaging conversational Spanish classes, planning and delivering dynamic lessons tailored to students' diverse learning needs and abilities. You will develop curriculum materials that integrate Christian teachings and facilitate Spanish language acquisition through real-life scenarios such as restaurants and markets. Additionally, you will infuse Spanish lessons with Christian faith-based content, stories, and themes to reinforce moral values and foster spiritual growth. Your responsibilities will also include planning and delivering Bible lessons that engage young students, teaching them about key biblical stories, principles, and values. You will create and adapt Bible curriculum materials and activities that are age-appropriate and aligned with the school's faith-based educational goals. Assessing student progress through formative and summative assessments, you will provide timely feedback to students and parents, sharing progress updates at biannual parent-teacher conferences and maintaining accurate student records for transcripts. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work effectively with fellow teachers, staff, vendors, and parent volunteers to enhance school experiences and strengthen our community. Continuous improvement is also a focus, as you will reflect on lesson effectiveness and gather feedback to identify areas for enhancement, continuously seeking opportunities to enrich student experiences in alignment with our mission of holistic child development and academic excellence.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
