RISE Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Elementary Spanish Teacher to join our team in North Andover, MA. This part-time position involves teaching Spanish to elementary school students through a culturally immersive approach that emphasizes enjoyment and accessibility. The position requires the teacher to provide conversational classes focusing on pronunciation and essential phrases, as well as writing and Spanish composition classes. Establishing clear expectations and routines aligned with the school's vision is crucial, as is the development and implementation of curricula that meet academic standards. Daily lesson planning must be thoughtful and tailored to meet the diverse needs of all students, providing necessary support or enrichment as required. Responsibilities
- Providing conversational classes where pronunciation and important words and phrases are taught.
- Teaching writing and Spanish composition classes.

- Planning daily lessons and implementing strategies to meet the needs of all students, providing extra support or enrichment when necessary.

- Designing and implementing assessments that measure progress towards academic standards and diagnose areas of student misunderstanding.
- Using assessment data to refine curriculum and inform instructional practices.

Requirements
- Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must have experience working with children.
- Ability to communicate effectively and often with parents and families.
