About the position
The Elementary Teacher - 3rd Grade position is a long-term per diem substitute role at Butler Elementary School, anticipated to be available from February 2025 to May 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and directing instruction for elementary students, demonstrating knowledge of content, pedagogy, and Pennsylvania's Academic Standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver instructional lessons to 3rd-grade students.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
- Valid Pennsylvania Elementary Teaching Certificate.
Benefits
