About the position

Elemis is seeking a creative and organized video and photo specialist with a passion for social media to support their social media team. This role involves creating compelling content for various platforms, focusing on video production and still image management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching social media trends, capturing and editing video content, and collaborating with marketing teams to develop engaging material that resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities

• Research and compile social media trends and ideas.
• Create storyboards, shot lists, and pre-production materials.
• Capture and edit original video content, including filming, editing, color correction, and sound design.
• Define and create branded style templates for social content.
• Collaborate with creative, social, and marketing teams to develop engaging content.
• Become a brand personality and engage with audiences through creative projects.
• Propose new content ideas based on competitor analysis and best practices.
• Handle internal image repurposing and image archiving.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media, photography, videography, editing, or creative content fields.
• Strong understanding of social media and content creation techniques.
• Expertise in shooting beauty product photography and video.
• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Premier, or Final Cut Pro.
• Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and CaptureOne.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction.
• Exceptional time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong visual mindset and understanding of beauty video landscape.
