About the position

The Eligibility Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the mission of Family F.O.C.U.S. by coordinating eligibility for state-funded child development programs. This position is integral to maintaining optimum enrollment for the CCTR & CSPP programs and serves as the first point of contact for families seeking assistance. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with the public.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate eligibility for state-funded child development programs.
  • Maintain optimum enrollment for the CCTR & CSPP programs.
  • Serve as a receptionist, answering phones and providing information to the public.
  • Perform routine clerical work, including filing and maintaining child files.
  • Prepare information and data for various reports and maintain attendance records.
  • Operate office equipment and assist with office maintenance.
  • Assist in preparation for meetings and center functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
