The Eligibility Reporting Analyst at Astrana Health is responsible for generating and distributing various reports related to eligibility verification and data analysis. This hybrid role involves working both in the office and remotely, and it plays a crucial part in supporting the healthcare management company's operations by ensuring timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensures daily, weekly, and monthly reports are generated timely and distributed accordingly to internal and external parties.
• Prepares data in a presentable format that provides clear and concise content.
• Develops and distributes various department reports and data analyses.
• Develops recommendations based on analysis and collaborates with management on action plans.
• Acts as a resource to the eligibility team regarding reporting requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Creates QA methods to validate data integrity, such as identifying duplicate records and missing data.
• Analyzes root causes of problems and provides reasonable resolutions.
• Generates, analyzes, and stores reports for Eligibility Operation teams.
• Maintains trends and tracks various measures to utilize databases and data files effectively.
• Serves as a liaison between departments' analytical needs and technical data storage systems.
• Creates a centralized report repository for all Eligibility Operation teams.
• Prepares ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated data visualization, dashboarding, and querying expertise.
• Ability to be a self-starter, assertive, enthusiastic, and self-directed with excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail; high degree of ownership for projects and strong follow-through.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects under scheduled deadlines.
• Ability to understand and explain issues from both a technical and business functional perspective.
• Experience working with customers and collaborating on solutions.
• Quality-oriented, innovative, analytical, steadfast, and efficient.
• Experience with SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, and MS Office suite.
