About The Position
The Transitional Assistance Department (TAD) is recruiting for Eligibility Workers III who, in a lead worker capacity, act as a resource for other eligibility workers in their assigned work units, identify training needs, and provide mentoring for Eligibility Worker I to assist them in learning their job functions and case management. Eligibility Workers III may also perform a review of various reports, cases and actions, including analyzing error trends and developing corrective action plans, to ensure accurate and timely case completion.
