About The Position

Barclays is seeking enthusiastic Elite Customer Care Agents to join our teams in Henderson and Wilmington. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while resolving complex customer needs and requests, particularly in the luxury sector. You will handle elite customer care calls, including those from high-end American airlines, and utilize your strong communication skills to support customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle elite customer care calls, including luxury calls from high-end American airlines and retention calls.
  • Patience in relation to handling customer queries.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in providing solutions via chat, email, and phone services.
  • Experience with all brands that Barclays partners with, particularly in the luxury sector.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with fraud servicing or strategy.
  • Familiarity with risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Support the provision of customer service through various communication channels including chat, email, and phone.
  • Support the execution of customer service requirements to resolve more complex customer needs, requests, and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate customer care processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in customer care processes, including feedback and coaching for colleagues.
  • Develop and implement customer care procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to the bank's products and services, including account balances, transactions, and payments.
  • Develop and execute reports and presentations on customer care performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practices to improve customer care efficiency and effectiveness.

Benefits

  • Minimum Salary: $50,000
  • Maximum Salary: $62,000
