About the position
The Elite Sales Consultant position is a remote, full-time role focused on selling high-end educational photographic experiences. The consultant will engage with photographers to understand their goals and enroll them in exclusive workshops, leveraging provided leads and sales training to achieve substantial income through commissions. This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Close deals and earn generous commissions.
- Make calls using Salesforce Dialer to speak to photographers.
- Set up Zoom calls with clients and enroll them on one-call closes.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Prioritize and target customers and prospects based on revenue potential.
- Become an expert in all Elite Photographic Experiences and Services.
- Continuously upgrade product knowledge and enhance selling skills.
- Incorporate Grant Cardone Closing Strategies and learned techniques from the Elite Sales Training Program.
- Stay aware of the competition and communicate the superior quality of our experiences to clients.
- Collaborate with other employees in sales, marketing, and customer service departments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 4 Year College Education
- Basic Salesforce knowledge
- Proven track record of sales success
- Ability to thrive in a short sales cycle
- Drive to make 100+ calls per day
- Setup at least 3 Zoom calls per day
- Brand ambassador mentality
- Self-starter
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Impeccable customer service skills with empathy and integrity.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in high-end sales environments
- Familiarity with photographic workshops or experiences
- Strong network within the photography community
