About the position

The Elite Sales Consultant position at Atreyu Productions involves selling high-end educational photographic experiences to photographers. This role is designed for ambitious and experienced sales professionals who thrive in a remote work environment and are driven to achieve substantial income through commissions. The consultant will engage with clients, understand their goals, and enroll them in exclusive photographic workshops, leveraging provided leads and training to close deals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Close deals and earn generous commissions.
• Make calls using SalesForce Dialer to speak to photographers.
• Set up Zoom calls with clients and enroll them on one-call closes.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
• Prioritize and target customers and prospects based on revenue potential and probability of success.
• Become an expert in all Elite Photographic Experiences & Services.
• Continuously upgrade product knowledge and enhance selling skills.
• Incorporate Grant Cardone Closing Strategies and techniques learned through Elite Sales Training Program.
• Stay aware of the competition and communicate the superior quality of our experiences to clients.
• Collaborate with other employees in sales, marketing, and customer service departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 4 Year College Education
• Basic SalesForce Knowledge
• Proven track record of sales success
• Ability to thrive in a short sales cycle
• Drive to make 100+ calls per day
• Setup at least 3 Zoom calls per day
• Brand Ambassador mentality
• Self-starter
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Impeccable customer service skills with empathy and integrity.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in high-end sales environments
• Familiarity with photography or photographic workshops
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
