About the position

A fantastic opportunity has opened within Macquarie Asset Management for an experienced email marketing professional to join a high performing and collaborative team, responsible for delivering impactful communications and integrated campaigns. As an email marketing automation manager, you will shape email marketing campaigns from start to finish including design, development, testing, launching and reporting, to generating on-brand email campaigns that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue. You will design and execute life-stage email marketing programs, and trigger and event-based marketing to engage prospects and based on data and contact preferences. You will also analyze, report on, and optimize against key metrics including Click-through rate, open rates, and engagement to continually improve performance through refined messaging and targeting.

Responsibilities

  • Shape email marketing campaigns from start to finish including design, development, testing, launching and reporting.
  • Generate on-brand email campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Design and execute life-stage email marketing programs.
  • Implement trigger and event-based marketing to engage prospects based on data and contact preferences.
  • Analyze, report on, and optimize against key metrics including Click-through rate, open rates, and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM, specifically Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or Eloqua.
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional email marketing campaigns (including automated flows) from concept to completion.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities with the highest standards.
  • Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done, while working independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with workflow/project management software.
  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred.
