About the position

The Email and Marketing Ops Manager for Buy with Prime at Amazon is responsible for driving operational excellence within the marketing team. This role focuses on developing and executing email marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and experience. The manager will leverage marketing technologies and automation to improve processes, optimize campaigns, and support the scaling of marketing operations. This position requires a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution, with opportunities to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Champion bold, innovative automation for marketing operations requirements.
  • Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity.
  • Own overall merchant experience and engagement through email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales operations on lead management and effective handover of qualified leads.
  • Work closely with technical teams and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable tools and templates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • 2+ years of experience driving business through Email/CRM.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Experience in the Supply Chain industry or B2B.
  • Certification in a Marketing Automation platform.
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution/analytics.
