About the position

The Email and Marketing Ops Manager for Buy with Prime at Amazon.com Services LLC is responsible for driving operational excellence within the marketing team. This role focuses on developing and executing email marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and enhancing the overall merchant experience through effective marketing automation. The manager will work closely with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing programs that engage customers throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Champion bold, innovative automation strategies for marketing operations.
  • Leverage automation to enhance processes and productivity.
  • Own the overall merchant experience and engagement through email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales operations on lead management and scoring.
  • Work with technical teams and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable tools and templates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • 2+ years of experience driving business through Email/CRM.
  • Experience with Pardot, Marketo, or similar Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Supply Chain industry or B2B marketing.
  • Certification in a Marketing Automation platform.
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution and analytics.
