About the position

The Email and Social Media Marketing Specialist at Paradigm Inc. is a creative and strategic role focused on developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and creating engaging content for social media platforms. This position requires a strong design sensibility, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about design, with a solid understanding of various marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including design, content creation, and deployment.
  • Segment audiences and personalize emails to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with email marketing regulations.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging organic content on social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to align social media content with marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithm changes.
  • Track and report social media KPIs such as engagement rates and follower growth.
  • Design high-quality visuals for email campaigns and social media using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Create video and animation content as needed using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Maintain adherence to brand guidelines across all materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts with overall business goals.
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Certification and/or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, email marketing, and/or social media management.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Dynamics for marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with video editing and animation tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Familiarity with pre-press and print production processes.
  • Photography skills for content creation.
  • Ability to create professional presentations using Microsoft 365 applications.
