About the position
The Email Developer position at Acxiom is designed for candidates with extensive experience in coding HTML-based emails, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role is part of a core team focused on delivering high-quality email solutions for clients in regulated industries, emphasizing accuracy over speed. The team is expected to expand rapidly in the coming year to accommodate increased customer demand.
Responsibilities
- Review and slice customer provided graphic design files (i.e. PSD, images, etc).
- Hand code HTML and CSS for emails ensuring it is cross browser/client compatible.
- Develop responsive and mobile-first emails.
- Develop dynamic content by utilizing AMPScript and/or SSJS.
- Develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud email templates and content blocks for use within emails.
- Stay current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform features and capabilities.
- Assist with developing best practices and processes that the entire team will follow.
- Assist with the training and onboarding of junior team members as the team expands.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience developing emails in HTML.
Nice-to-haves
- 1+ years' experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
