The ideal Email Developer candidate has extensive experience coding HTML based emails and some experience doing so within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position will be part of a team that executes for a customer in a regulated industry where accuracy is the primary objective (over speed). This position will be part of a core team that expands rapidly within the next 12 months to meet anticipated customer capacity. The Email Developer will be responsible for ensuring that all email communications are not only visually appealing but also functionally robust across various platforms and devices. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in email development. The candidate will work closely with graphic designers to review and slice customer-provided graphic design files, ensuring that the final product aligns with the original vision while adhering to best practices in email coding. Additionally, the Email Developer will be expected to stay current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform features and capabilities, contributing to the development of best practices and processes that the entire team will follow. As the team expands, this role will also involve assisting with the training and onboarding of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
