The ideal Email Developer candidate has extensive experience coding HTML based emails and some experience doing so within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position will be part of a team that executes for a customer in a regulated industry where accuracy is the primary objective (over speed). This position will be part of a core team that expands rapidly within the next 12 months to meet anticipated customer capacity. The Email Developer will be responsible for ensuring that all email communications are not only visually appealing but also functionally sound across various platforms and devices. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in email development. In addition to technical skills, the Email Developer will collaborate closely with designers and marketing teams to translate graphic design files into functional email templates. The candidate will also be expected to stay current on the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, particularly within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. As the team grows, the Email Developer will play a crucial role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of best practices that enhance the team's overall efficiency and effectiveness.
