Under the direction of the Senior Vice President, CRM, the Email Front End Developer is instrumental in crafting and optimizing email campaigns that deliver impactful, engaging messages. Leveraging your expertise in email development and industry best practices, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall effectiveness of our email marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating dynamic, personalized email experiences that resonate with our members and leads. Your ability to create highly functional emails, combined with a strong understanding of automation and journey-based content, will ensure that our campaigns achieve maximum engagement and performance. The ideal candidate is technically adept, possesses a strong knowledge of email design, and excels in troubleshooting and problem-solving. You are proficient in dynamic content, automation tools, and email testing, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution across all campaigns. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from our headquarters in San Francisco, CA, and reports directly to the SVP of Customer Relationship Marketing.
