About the position

The Email & Marketing Automation Manager at Standard Process Inc. is responsible for overseeing the company's email marketing initiatives, including the creation and execution of marketing emails, automated communications, and SMS campaigns. This role requires a strategic approach to email communication, ensuring alignment with company goals and effective engagement with various audiences. The manager will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Construct and execute all marketing automation and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create SMS and email nurture sequences/drip campaigns for B2B and D2C audiences.
  • Manage content calendars and operational details for email channels.
  • Write creative briefs outlining campaign goals and strategic messaging.
  • Support the development of copy, content, and visual direction for personalized communications.
  • Build, test, and execute nurture journeys and campaigns for multi-touch communications.
  • Analyze channel metrics on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis at both program and campaign levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support multi-channel campaign efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and innovations to inform future strategies and plans.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM email regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a relevant field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with at least 3 years using an enterprise-level email service platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Marketo).
  • Experience in both B2B and D2C segments preferred.
  • Proven ability to execute A/B testing strategies and dynamic content.
  • Experience designing and building marketing campaigns and executing campaign automations.
  • Ability to present to and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Current knowledge of email/SMS trends and policies.
