About the position

The Campaign Manager at Safe-Guard Products International is responsible for strategizing and managing the day-to-day operations of digital and traditional marketing programs aimed at direct-to-consumer clients in the U.S. and Canada. This role requires a self-starter with a strong background in marketing automation, campaign execution, and performance analysis, particularly using HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and a passion for serving clients effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and document client-specific marketing strategies in collaboration with the D2C marketing manager.
  • Manage client communication regarding marketing campaign strategies and requirements.
  • Execute day-to-day operations of marketing campaigns, including data segmentation, setup, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage marketing preference centers for each client, including opt-in/opt-out lists.
  • Set up and manage email templates in HubSpot, ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM and CASL regulations.
  • Build marketing assets such as emails and social ads that comply with client brand standards.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and recommend tactics to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional D2C team on campaign concepts and digital marketing tactics.
  • Work with the D2C data analyst for campaign reporting and analytics needs.
  • Document all marketing campaigns with details on cadence, testing, and audience segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience working in HubSpot Marketing Hub or other marketing automation solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience working with customer data for segmentation and personalization.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing email, direct mail, and social campaigns.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C or B2C) marketing preferred.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building and editing email templates.
  • Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.
  • SQL knowledge for list segmentation is a plus.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a positive working attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the automotive, extended warranties, insurance, or financial industries.
  • Knowledge of consumer marketing best practices for email, social media, direct mail, and SMS.
