About the position

The Email Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and implementing email marketing strategies aimed at enhancing engagement and driving enrollment for credit card products. This remote position focuses on creating personalized and effective email campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing strategies based on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development of engagement marketing emails with internal stakeholders.
  • Partnering with internal execution and channel teams on the implementation of the email marketing plan, including setting personalization and test strategies with the email channel management prior to launch.
  • Overseeing email creative development to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and in budget.
  • Tracking email campaign execution progress with the Execution Lead to ensure records are captured within the client's marketing workflow tool to maintain high controls standards.
  • Optimizing email engagement to improve results and create meaningful touchpoints and elevate the overall customer experience based on results and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in email marketing.
  • Experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Email Results Reporting and Analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint presentation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Specific experience in financial services including debit or credit marketing and/or agency-side experience.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly salary of $58 - $63 per hour.
