The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for the coding, creation, execution, scheduling, and analysis of all email programs across multiple platforms and brands in a B2B2C environment. This role is critical in collaborating with internal business partners to execute and scale email campaigns that drive growth. The manager will develop and execute marketing test plans to optimize and grow the email and CRM channels, while maintaining an ongoing awareness of trends and email best practices. Additionally, the email marketing manager will work closely with all members of the Marketing and Product teams across multiple offices to ensure seamless execution of all email and CRM-related campaigns and projects. In this position, the manager will oversee end-to-end email production that supports the eCommerce business, which includes coding, development, deployment, and analysis of email campaigns using a major Email Service Provider (ESP) such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. They will also manage additional aspects of campaign execution, including content development, list management, segmentation setup, tracking, and reporting. The manager will participate in the QA/QC process for all email campaigns, ensuring that all details, links, spelling, products, and content are correct. They will perform peer reviews of campaign setups and coding to ensure emails render accurately across ISPs and other platforms. The role requires project management of email and CRM marketing initiatives from end-to-end, including ongoing optimization of email and CRM initiatives. The manager will partner with creative services and email developers to design and implement comprehensive, measurable A/B and multivariate testing plans, evaluate and report on results, and monitor, track, and report on email and CRM test performance across relevant email marketing campaigns. They will provide recommendations for testing existing and new campaigns to enhance their effectiveness and increase conversions, collaborating with the Analytics team to develop post-send campaign write-ups that include campaign goals, results, and recommendations for optimizing future sends. The manager will also report and analyze promotional incentives to ensure profitability of these initiatives and collaborate with merchandising and marketing on campaign calendars.
