About the position

The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies aimed at driving customer engagement and conversion for a health/wellness client. This role involves creating targeted campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing content to enhance user experience and increase revenue. The position is onsite in Scottsdale and is expected to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Create, test, and optimize email campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Segment email lists to target specific audiences effectively and enhance personalization.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling email content and visuals.
• Manage the email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of communications.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and design based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms including HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing and email performance optimization techniques.
