About the position

The Email Marketing Manager for the AWS Self-Service Growth & Training team will be responsible for driving customer engagement through the execution of global email campaigns. This role requires technical expertise in Marketo and a proven track record in email marketing, focusing on lifecycle and nurture programs. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful launch and monitoring of email campaigns, while also establishing best practices and maintaining campaign health.

Responsibilities

• Work with Program Managers to build Marketo programs, email assets, and landing pages.
• QA campaigns and manage translations for timely launches of new email campaigns.
• Build and monitor reports across active email campaigns to ensure proper functioning.
• Deep dive into issues affecting program health and deliverability.
• Drive best practices and consistency within the email marketing team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create customer-obsessed experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• 2+ years of Marketo experience, specifically in building drip and nurture email programs.
• Marketo Certified Expert.
• Deep technical knowledge of email best practices and A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
