About the position

The Email Marketing Manager at Acrisure Innovation will be instrumental in driving client engagement, conversion, and retention across the U.S. retail business. This role involves developing and executing email and SMS marketing strategies aimed at filling the sales pipeline with high-value leads while supporting client retention during policy renewals. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to create seamless customer experiences and leverage analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development of email and SMS strategy to drive client engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales and partnership teams to identify high value opportunities and orchestrate seamless customer experiences.
  • Leverage analytics to identify trends and develop strategic, data driven solutions to complex business problems.
  • Create and execute against a robust A|B testing roadmap to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Oversee the execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns, including ideation, writing of a strategy brief, implementation and deployment.
  • Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations and insights.
  • Work with Partnerships to deliver leads to the business for the purpose of driving US retail business forward.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a data-driven and customer focused role.
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2B role.
  • Experience working with Iterable or other similar email marketing tools (Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills, with an ability to break down and communicate complex ideas to influence senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with A|B testing, segmentation, personalization, conversion rate optimization, and customer retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, Python and/or R.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive business.
