About the position

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to achieve company goals and KPIs.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including audience segmentation, content development, design, and testing.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to produce compelling email content that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• Build and maintain email lists, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Perform regular audits of email marketing strategies and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic design principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
