About the position

The Email Marketing Manager at Decentralized Masters will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies that enhance brand engagement and reach. This role involves creating compelling email campaigns, optimizing user experience, and utilizing data analytics to drive improvements. The manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and stay updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Craft compelling copy for email communications, newsletters, and other digital channels.
  • Optimize email templates for user experience and ensure they are mobile-friendly.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
  • Grow our email list by identifying and targeting relevant audience segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, creative) to create cohesive marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and digital communication.
  • Analyze and report on the success of email campaigns using key performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Troubleshoot email deliverability issues to ensure messages reach our target audience.
  • Conduct market and customer research to create engaging content that speaks directly to our audience's needs.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in email marketing and/or copywriting.
  • Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with high-ticket sales funnels and a track record of driving conversions.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Ability to identify and solve email tracking and deliverability issues.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
