About The Position
The Email Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Email Marketing for J.Crew and will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the email channel. This includes implementing program optimizations, executing regular A/B tests, and reporting on email performance. The role will involve managing day-to-day email campaigns for both J.Crew US and International, overseeing the email calendar, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful campaign delivery. The position requires expertise in email marketing, particularly within an eCommerce or retail context, and a passion for the J.Crew brand.
