About the position

The Email Marketing Manager at Thompson Hospitality Corporation is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the email marketing strategy for fourteen different restaurant brands. This role focuses on engaging, nurturing, and converting target audiences through effective email campaigns, while collaborating closely with marketing and IT teams to align with business objectives and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Develop and segment email lists for targeted and personalized messaging.
• Execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional offers and product launches.
• Manage the end-to-end email process, from deployment to post-campaign analysis.
• Optimize email templates for responsiveness across all devices.
• Collaborate with the brand marketing team to develop compelling email copy and visuals.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines and content effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations.
• Utilize email marketing platforms to manage campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in email marketing or a related role.
• Proven track record of successful email campaigns and list management.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry standards.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
