Donatos Pizza is seeking an Email Marketing Manager who will spearhead our email marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, which includes creating strategies for acquiring new customers and re-engaging lapsed users. The Email Marketing Manager will oversee the management of our email databases and will be responsible for consistent reporting on the performance metrics of our email programs. The primary goal of this position is to effectively communicate with both current and prospective customers about new products and events, ultimately driving order conversions and increasing restaurant revenue. In this role, the Email Marketing Manager will strategize and build an email marketing calendar that aligns with key brand initiatives and business trends. They will be accountable for all aspects of email campaigns, from building subscriber lists to ensuring successful order conversions through dynamic content. The manager will focus on improving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as deliverability, open rates, click rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue through robust A/B testing methodologies. Collaboration with the creative team will be essential to design, proofread, and implement direct email marketing campaigns that are not only visually appealing but also mobile-friendly. Additionally, the Email Marketing Manager will develop a segmentation strategy to deliver smart messaging tailored to different customer groups. They will monitor the results of these strategies and manage the “Winback” program aimed at re-engaging lapsed users. The role also involves upgrading email templates with graphics and personalization features, analyzing campaign performance, and suggesting improvements based on data insights. The manager will create digital links for Calls-To-Order, confirm promotional dates and pricing, and provide necessary links for franchise partners to participate in sales events. Reporting on the sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts and ensuring compliance with industry policies and best practices will also be key responsibilities. The Email Marketing Manager will keep abreast of competitive email strategies and provide consistent updates to the team.
