As the Email Marketing Manager, you will own and execute email marketing strategies for both prospects and customers, driving acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will develop, implement, and optimize data-driven email campaigns that align with business goals and customer needs. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and adaptability-anticipating business needs, supporting sales efforts, and continuously improving nurture programs to accelerate pipeline and customer engagement. You will work cross-functionally with sales, demand generation, product marketing, customer success, and marketing operations to ensure that email is a key driver of growth and retention.
