About the position

The Email Marketing Manager at 24 Seven Talent is responsible for executing, monitoring, and reporting on all email marketing initiatives across the company. This role focuses on utilizing email campaigns to enhance customer retention and drive business growth, ensuring effective communication with customers at various stages of their journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build out email programs, including lifecycle emails, drip campaigns, and flows targeted toward new and existing customers.
• Work with the creative team to build campaigns from start to finish, incorporating enticing copy and eye-catching design.
• Analyze and improve email performance by tracking metrics and making data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data and business teams to develop long-term KPI goals.
• Maintain clean email lists by regularly scrubbing data.
• Own the email marketing calendar.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, MailChimp, or CRM software.
• Foundational understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of cross-channel communication.
• Excellent time management and scheduling skills.
• Ability to write advanced email copy.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
