About the position
As an Email Marketing Manager on the Demand Generation team at Notion, you will be responsible for building, owning, and executing global email nurture programs. This strategic role supports sales efforts to drive demand and revenue growth, focusing on scaling the email channel and delivering engaging content to a B2B audience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of multiple email nurture programs to engage with our B2B audience at scale.
- Partner with content and PMM to identify the right message and content for each audience.
- Leverage performance data to continuously iterate and improve content and messaging.
- Work across global marketing teams, marketing ops, sales, and external agencies to build, launch, and measure email programs effectively.
- Design sound experiments and iterate to maximize performance.
Requirements
- Excellent writing and strong communication skills.
- Proficient with Marketo and Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a robust analytical approach.
- Ability to leverage data to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive program improvements.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and execute effectively.
- An entrepreneurial and high-ownership mindset, comfortable handling ambiguity and leading work streams from end-to-end.
- Strong collaborative skills to work across various departments.
