About the position

As an Email Marketing Manager at Veterans United, you will be responsible for managing and implementing various email marketing programs aimed at enhancing customer experiences in homebuying and homeownership. This role involves optimizing program performance, innovating strategies, and providing strategic advice to stakeholders, all while ensuring the effective use of email marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize email marketing campaigns using Marketo tool.
  • Monitor daily operations of owned Marketo campaigns to ensure optimal performance and stability, including email volume, deliverability, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Take corrective action when necessary to maintain campaign performance.
  • Provide expert subject-matter advice to internal stakeholders on achieving collective business goals.
  • Provide input on marketing strategy, marketing technology, and data requirements for new email marketing initiatives and improvements to existing ones.
  • Identify opportunities to better serve customers and innovate new email marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with Data Analysts to gain insights into campaigns, projects, and strategies with reporting.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding promptly and accurately to inquiries.
  • Contribute to team culture by assisting with other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications, and/or Sales.
  • Familiarity with logic or basic coding skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer technologies appropriate for an internet-based company.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
