About the position

America's Test Kitchen is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of email automation and newsletter strategies. This role focuses on creating delightful customer experiences through lifecycle marketing, supporting various business objectives including digital memberships, magazine subscriptions, and more. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to strategize, plan, execute, and analyze email marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage a calendar for specific email products as assigned.
  • Create advertising and content strategies for hitting goals for specific product lines.
  • Develop and provide feedback on copy for all ATK brands, incorporating input from editorial stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design, social media, digital marketing, and editorial teams to integrate newsletters into cross-channel campaigns.
  • Compile reports and analyze data on email newsletter performance.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to strategize on offers, timing, and segmentation.
  • Develop strategies, execute, and provide insights on newsletter products, including positioning briefs and regular audits with design and editorial partners.
  • Conceive and implement tests aimed at improving email performance metrics (CTR, opens, etc.), sales, and retention.
  • Contribute to list segmentation strategy to improve targeting and analyze performance of segments.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams to support the implementation of new online and social initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of specific email experience in building and deploying email campaigns for large & dynamic audiences.
  • Experience in advanced lifecycle marketing and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in Tableau and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational ability to manage multiple projects on deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across functions and disciplines.
