About the position

The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement and sales for an eCommerce platform. This role focuses on strategizing and implementing effective email communication that resonates with the audience, enhancing customer loyalty and brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative email marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, including planning, design, execution, and analysis.
• Utilize Klaviyo to segment audiences and personalize email content for targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce and social media teams to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize future campaigns based on insights and data analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and eCommerce.

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing, particularly in an eCommerce setting.
• Strong knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Experience working within eCommerce for Apparel, Footwear, Jewelry, or the home space.
• Experience in developing and executing email marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
• Familiarity with social media strategy and its integration with email marketing.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
