About the position

The Email Marketing Manager at C3 AI will lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing automation campaigns, focusing on Adobe Marketo and its integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role is critical for creating, implementing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and support lead nurturing throughout the sales funnel. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, analytical, and passionate about optimizing workflows and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation campaigns using Adobe Marketo and ensure integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and drip campaigns targeting various stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Ensure seamless data integration between Adobe Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for effective lead management and reporting.
  • Develop and implement lead scoring models, dynamic customer segmentation, and personalized workflows to enhance lead nurturing.
  • Maintain and optimize customer and prospect data within Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring data accuracy for targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize email campaigns and workflows for increased engagement and ROI.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align marketing automation efforts with business objectives and CRM strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in using Adobe Marketo for building, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its integration with Marketo.
  • Knowledge of email marketing principles and best practices for deliverability.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools in Marketo and Dynamics.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template editing and familiarity with API integrations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues related to automation workflows and data syncing.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance.
