About the position

The Email Marketing Manager at Stride, Inc. is responsible for the strategic management and execution of email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging customers, driving conversions, and nurturing relationships. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of email marketing initiatives, leveraging best practices in email marketing to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute email marketing campaigns to support specific business goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Manage and support customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, targeted messages across diverse customer segments.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing, engaging, and on-brand email templates.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, CTAs, design, and content for performance improvement.
  • Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Monitor, strategize and resolve any deliverability challenges across multiple IP and sending domains.
  • Work closely with other functions to ensure email efforts align with broader marketing initiatives and cross-collaborative work is prioritized and executed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms (SFMC, InboxMonster, Movable Ink).
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
