We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Email Marketing Manager to spearhead our email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of developing and executing successful email campaigns that drive revenue and enhance customer engagement. This role demands expertise in crafting compelling copy, optimizing email deliverability, and troubleshooting issues that may impact campaign performance. You will be responsible for creating innovative strategies to promote our services, software, and other offerings through email marketing. In this position, you will design, develop, and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions, sales, and customer engagement. You will write persuasive and high-converting email copy that resonates with various audience segments. Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of email campaign creation, including segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies. Ensuring top-notch email deliverability is crucial, as you will need to stay informed about changes in spam filters and email authentication methods such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to email performance, delivery, or system errors will also be part of your responsibilities. You will analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to continuously improve strategies. Optimizing email lists for targeting, ensuring high-quality contact data, and audience segmentation will be essential. Collaboration with the marketing, product, and sales teams will be necessary to align email campaigns with overall business goals. Staying updated with the latest email marketing best practices, tools, and compliance regulations (such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR) is vital. Ultimately, your goal will be to continuously enhance the user experience across the email journey, from acquisition to retention.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions, sales, and customer engagement.

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to continuously improve strategies.
  • Optimize email lists for targeting, ensuring high-quality contact data and audience segmentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in email marketing with a strong track record of driving sales through email.
  • Expertise in email copywriting, crafting messages that are engaging and results-driven.
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability and troubleshooting, including knowledge of email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
  • A history of successfully marketing software, services, or products through email channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
