About the position

The Email Marketing Manager will oversee the company's email marketing campaigns, focusing on maximizing revenue opportunities through effective management of the CRM and customer database. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and requires strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and enhance performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot and other email marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret email campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly to improve performance.
  • Manage and execute assignments with competing priorities, showcasing your strong organizational skills.
  • Maintain proficiency in Email Marketing Tools, using them to segment audiences, automate campaigns, and track performance.
  • Apply your technical skills in the use of Adobe Dreamweaver, CRM software, Exact Target, AB Testing, and other email marketing tools.
  • Implement best practices in email marketing to enhance brand awareness and campaign planning.
  • Display strong customer service skills, ensuring excellent communication, both verbal and written, with customers and team members alike.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver is mandatory as it is our primary tool for website design and coding.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential for managing customer data and interaction.
  • Expertise in using Email Marketing Platforms to create, send, and track email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Email Service Providers (ESPs) to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of email campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Exact Target or similar email marketing tools to automate, track, and enhance our email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in AB Testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret email campaign data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of Best Practices in email marketing to ensure our campaigns adhere to industry standards.
  • Ability to increase Brand Awareness through creative and effective email marketing strategies.
  • Experience in Campaign Planning, including setting objectives, identifying target audiences, and crafting marketing messages.
