About the position

The Email Marketing Manager at Stride, Inc. will play a crucial role in shaping and executing email marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to manage campaigns from inception to analysis, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives and delivering high-quality email communications.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute email marketing campaigns to support specific business goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Manage and support customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, targeted messages across diverse customer segments.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing, engaging, and on-brand email templates.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, CTAs, design, and content for performance improvement.
  • Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Monitor, strategize and resolve any deliverability challenges across multiple IP and sending domains.
  • Work closely with other functions to ensure email efforts align with broader marketing initiatives and cross-collaborative work is prioritized and executed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms (SFMC, InboxMonster, Movable Ink).
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
