About the position

The Email Marketing Manager at TOMS plays a crucial role in the eCommerce business by leading the planning, testing, scheduling, and coding of all ongoing and triggered CRM messaging, including email, SMS, and push notifications. This position is responsible for managing the loyalty program messaging and coordinating content with various internal teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines while implementing segmentation and testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own CRM (email, SMS, push) & Loyalty monthly planning, calendars, and storytelling.
  • Lead meetings with internal teams, including Web Merchandising, Planning, Brand Marketing, and Impact.
  • Report and track results of CRM (email, SMS, and direct mail) & Loyalty campaigns in ESP and Web Analytics.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies, including CRM segmentation, automations, messaging, and send times.
  • Manage a team overseeing CRM & loyalty message and promo scheduling, audience segmentation, HTML coding, designing, and testing communications.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the success of campaign creative assets.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend internal strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with CRM (email, SMS, push) & loyalty marketing platforms, preferably in fashion/retail.
  • Proficient in HTML coding, including for mobile devices.
  • Proficient in email and SMS design using Photoshop/Figma.
  • Experience with ESPs, preferably Listrak.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate follow-through and initiative.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Web Analytics, preferably Google Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a direct-to-consumer business model.
  • Familiarity with mental health resources and community impact initiatives.
