Lease End is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join our rapidly expanding marketing team in Lehi, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing email marketing campaigns at every stage of the customer journey. You will work closely with design and content teams to create compelling digital assets and content for campaign launches. Your expertise in email marketing will be crucial in driving revenue and improving customer engagement through effective automation and A/B testing strategies. We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, innovative, and has a proven track record of success in email marketing. You will be expected to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns throughout the customer journey.
  • Create, run, launch, and optimize email campaigns to meet revenue, ROI, and cost of acquisition targets.
  • Monitor and analyze email marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create digital assets and content for campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance email marketing effectiveness.
  • Build automations, triggers, and personalized experiences to increase CTR, conversion, and revenue.
  • Identify problems, determine root causes, and provide solutions to drive innovations that accelerate revenue.

Requirements

  • 4+ years managing email marketing tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, SendGrid, and Mailchimp.
  • 4+ years of experience in creating and optimizing automation flows and triggers.
  • 4+ years of experience building, owning, and improving customer touchpoints through email and text.
  • Extensive experience in creating and optimizing landing pages for conversions and revenue.
  • Extensive experience in A/B testing email subject lines, body copy, and landing pages to increase conversion and accelerate revenue.
  • Extensive experience in email data analysis to improve conversion rates, reduce costs, and accelerate revenue.

Nice-to-haves

  • Cold email marketing experience, including warming up domains, optimizing deliverability, increasing conversions, and driving revenue.
