The CRM Functional Marketing Processes Program Manager will be responsible for the coordination and execution of digital marketing programs. This role includes ownership of the build and deployment of various marketing programs, ensuring thorough validation and testing. The Program Manager will coordinate with various teams, including design, editorial, and client services, to create a cohesive marketing calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy. In this position, the individual will perform and support all marketing campaign efforts, which include segmentation, HTML production and testing, as well as quality assurance of all outbound campaigns across email. Collaboration with other teams, including agencies and data teams, is essential to maximize available resources for client support and to achieve successful outcomes. The Program Manager will track the ongoing progress of projects and deliver timely updates to clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the process. The role also involves managing all technical aspects of marketing automation and CRM integration. The Program Manager must communicate any issues and technical roadblocks effectively to ensure smooth operations. A strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices, technologies, and trends is required, including adherence to CAN-SPAM best practices and GDPR compliance. Monitoring internal testing results and industry best practices will be crucial to integrate learnings that ensure optimal results, improved deliverability, and compliance with permission-based marketing standards. Additionally, the Program Manager will monitor daily campaign deliverability, ensuring a high inbox success rate for all campaigns. Leveraging campaign management best practices to optimize campaign performance, including techniques like A/B or multivariate testing, personalization, and segmentation, will be key responsibilities of this role.
