About the position

The Email Marketing Project Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing programs aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires deep expertise in email marketing campaigns, program management, and stakeholder collaboration, along with strong leadership capabilities. The manager will also serve as an operations lead, ensuring efficient workflows and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Liaise between Marketing, Business owners, and technical teams.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Implement and lead process changes/improvements, and provide training.
• Manage team resources and performance.
• Identify and apply automation strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage Channel Workflow Management, overseeing multiple task queues and ensuring quality and SLA standards are met by the S&O and channel execution teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects and define deliverables.
• Ensure proactive troubleshooting of production issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI through automation.
• Identify and implement automation strategies to enhance lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign personalization with the marketing team.
• Analyze and improve operational processes to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Google Ads, and Marketo.
• Strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic, heavily matrixed company.
• Strong background in project management and productivity tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
• Change management experience.
