As an Email Marketing Specialist at Veterans United, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through the development and execution of timely, informative, and engaging marketing emails. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and optimize both new and existing automated email campaigns aimed at improving core metrics and serving customers effectively throughout the home buying and refinancing processes. This position is based in our Columbia, MO office, where you will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives. Your job duties will vary based on assignments but will include working closely with Creative teams to design and launch new campaigns, as well as strengthening existing ones. You will monitor the daily operations of our email marketing platform, Marketo, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders is essential, as you will be expected to respond promptly and accurately to inquiries. Additionally, you will configure and optimize email marketing campaigns using the Marketo tool, coordinating with Data Analysts to gain insights into campaign performance, project outcomes, and strategic direction through reporting.
