About the position

As an Email Marketing Specialist at Process Group, you will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and implementing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. You will be responsible for creating email templates, managing email lists, designing and executing A/B testing, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices is essential, as you will be expected to bring innovative ideas to the table to enhance our email marketing efforts. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR, to maintain the integrity of our campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills, be highly analytical, and have a passion for marketing. Responsibilities

  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy of the organization.
  • Develop email content, including subject lines, headlines, and body copy, that is engaging and relevant to the target audience.
  • Manage subscriber lists, including segmentation, growth, and maintenance, to ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of email campaigns, using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to improve future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as design and content, to ensure email campaigns are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve email marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience with email marketing platforms
  • Experience and knowledge of SMS marketing strategies
  • Ability to handle email campaigns
  • Analytical skills for tracking metrics
  • Knowledge of email design and layout principles
  • Understanding of segmentation and targeting
  • Expertise in A/B testing and optimization
  • Familiarity with CAN-SPAM regulations
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
  • Experience with HTML and CSS coding
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
