The Email & SMS Marketing Manager at Lower, LLC is responsible for developing and managing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and nurture prospects through targeted, personalized content. This role involves leveraging customer data to optimize segmentation strategies, automate workflows, and ensure compliance with marketing regulations, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage high-impact email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and nurture prospects.
• Build and optimize detailed segmentation strategies for contact lists using user behavior and demographics.
• Design and implement automated email and SMS workflows, including drip campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Content Production teams to create compelling marketing creatives.
• Ensure compliance with email and SMS marketing regulations and implement best practices for deliverability and data privacy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in executing high-performance email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in segmentation and advanced personalization techniques.
• Strong proficiency with email and SMS marketing platforms, specifically Salesforce & Sendgrid.
• Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative team player with a track record of working closely with content creators and sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices for email and SMS marketing.
